When my machine broke down on Christmas Eve, which is our busiest day of the year, I was nervous that we were going to lose a considerable amount of business that day; I put a call in to my sales rep and within 2 hours I had a technician at my store replacing my equipment. After speaking with the technician I had found out it was his day off and he answered the call anyway. What could’ve turned out to be a horrible day ended up being a peaceful and joyful Christmas Eve, thanks to Merchant Lynx Services. I wanted to take this time and thank you guys dearly for the great overall service you have provided me and my business. I look forward to many more years of great service.
Our business has been with Merchant Lynx Services since May 2011. Our representative has been excellent with regard to customer service and generally answering any questions we may have. Merchant Lynx Services has not surprised us with additional fees, and has honored their contract with us to our satisfaction. For the first time in many years I do not feel the need to constantly check with other competitors for comparative rates, nor do I feel hesitant to trust my credit card processing company. The billing statements are clear and concise, easy to reconcile and I appreciate the policy of having the discounts taken monthly as opposed to a per-transaction discount. When your phone representative called me to make an appointment I almost hung up on her. Thankfully, I did not and agreed to let your sales representative come in and speak to me about my account. After going through my statement from my current company, his analysis showed me how to cut $195.00 off my current company. I was a little skeptical, but after 6 months of statements from MLS, I’ve calculated they have been on average $210.00 cheaper than my old company. Aside for some minor issues that were addressed and corrected immediately, the transition has been seamless and honestly, a pleasure. It is not every day that you get a company that goes so far as to call just to check up on you. Every time I had a question, it was answered. Every time a concern arose, it was addressed and corrective action was taken right away. This is a company that cares about its clients and does everything they can to make them happy. I am writing to let you know about my experience with your technician who installed my new credit card terminal. To say I am not good at learning how to use new technology would be an understatement. Your sales representative promised the tech coming would show me everything and it would be fine. In the back of my mind I was thinking nothing further from that. I haven’t gotten a new terminal in 12 years and they have changed tremendously over the years. Your technician was great. He stayed with me and my staff for over an hour training us on the use of the machine. We had a staff of 7 there to say this made the transition to Merchant Lynx smooth, as promised. It was the first one I had received from your company and I just need to get used to it. I am a creature of habit and do not like change. She showed me patients and didn’t talk down to me. I would like to let you know that your representatives that you have working for you did an exceptional job helping me out last week.
